Meet the Soul Team
Meet Kevin, a former law enforcement officer in Toronto who has made it his mission to help others overcome mental health challenges. Kevin’s personal experience with depression, anxiety and a loss of self that he experienced in his life inspired him to pursue a career in mental health counselling.
After making the choice to improve his own mental health, Kevin moved to Vancouver, went back to school and graduated from Rhodes Wellness College as a life coach and professional counsellor. He specializes in helping clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, and overwhelm using a goal-oriented approach that focuses on practical solutions.
Kevin is passionate about helping his clients achieve their personal and professional goals while maintaining a healthy mental state. He provides a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their behaviours, and develop practical strategies for coping with life’s challenges.
With his unique background and training, Kevin is able to connect with clients on a deep level and provide personalized support that empowers them to achieve their full potential. Thomas has a deep understanding of people and a refined emotional awareness. From a very young age, he has attended leadership conferences and seminars where he began to fall in love with counselling and supporting a community. He became a facilitator and worked for a variety of institutions in this regard.
Today, he continues this work through his 1-on-1 sessions and Spiritual Coaching at The Cedarwood Sanctuary. His training and his lived experience has given him ample exposure to different energies and personalities, as well as a framework for emotional support with proper boundaries.Thomas has always been interested in the realms of the paranormal, consciousness, and otherworldly/non-physical beings. Since 2010 Thomas has been exploring these realms more deeply, as he began to have an awakening in his consciousness as he started to hear disembodied voices.
His connection to Spirit and his 20+ years of counselling experience have created a lifelong devotion to expansive consciousness, multidimensional energy work, Spirituality and mental health. He is thrilled to be able to share his knowledge and provide healing

Take an tender deep-dive into unseen parts of you. We will leave judgement of ourselves and others at the door. We will use compassion and gratitude to examine grief, anger, anxiety, etc. while employing multiple modalities; from mediumship to meditation, breathwork, energy clearings, card readings and curated discussions.
Through his connection and intuition, you will discuss with Thomas messages from Spirit Guides, loved ones and ancestors. I work with channeled sound frequencies to bring about well-being, alignment and spiritual evolution to others. My goal is to support you in embodying your divine power, your healing abilities, your creative potentials and to hold space for you to dive into the wisdom of the Heart.
I’ve been practicing sound healing for 5 years now and am certified in Somatic trauma healing. I mainly work intuitively with Source and Kundalini (Gaia’s vital energy) to bring about energy healing, clearings, light language code activations and insights to the people I serve.
