Jady

I’ve always been curious about what happens in between. What we know and what we feel, the body and the things we don’t quite have words for. Music and dancing have been part of my life from a young age. Long before I understood much about the breath, it was already part of how I moved, released and found my way back into my body.

Over time, my curiosity moved inward. Into emotion, energy, patterns, relationships. I’m drawn to what stays just out of sight, to the places we circle around before we’re ready to enter. I like leaving the door open, getting a little closer, letting some air in and seeing what comes out to play.

Breathwork is where these aspects meet for me. I don’t believe I know where you need to go. I’d much rather find out with you. I listen, feel and follow. And if we end up in the mud, I don’t mind staying there until the next breath finds us.

I’d love to invite you there.

See you on the flipside,
Jady

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a guided practice that uses conscious, patterned breathing to shift your state of mind and body. Breathing more deeply and rhythmically than usual activates the body’s natural ability to release physical tension, process stuck emotions, and quiet the mind, often leading to a deep sense of calm, clarity and connection. No experience is needed; you’ll be guided every step of the way.

In this session, you’ll move through an active breathwork journey followed by calming integration and meditation, giving your body and mind time to settle and absorb the experience.
