I’m here for the real, raw, human stuff.

I was born in West Africa and raised between cultures, shaped by both beauty and pressure. I know what it’s like to live a life that checks all the boxes but leaves your soul behind. From the outside, it looked like success. But inside? I was exhausted, disconnected, inauthentic, playing the victim and also done playing the game.

So I burned it down. Gently. On purpose.

What followed wasn’t some shiny spiritual makeover. It was a real, messy, and magical life. I studied with shamans, breathwork teachers, energy healers, and mostly, with life itself. I didn’t find a quick fix. I found something real.

I didn’t come back with a new identity. I came back to myself.

Now I guide others through the same kind of return,with truth, with tools, with joy. Beyond the stories, the roles, and the noise. This is what we can call Soul Work : an approach to align the body, mind, energy, and spirit.

It’s everyday work.

Rooted in tradition, lived in the real world, backed by science, and built for people ready to reclaim their power and live life from the inside out.

I value authenticity over appearances. Integration over escape. And resilience, not as toughness, but as the deep knowing that you can rise again and again, without losing yourself. And even enjoy the process.
